What my 8-month-old eats in a week 🥣✨ This is our current day plan: Morning – Breastmilk 🍼 Breakfast – solids Lunch – Balanced, iron-rich meal Dinner – Optional (depending on her mood, appetite & naps) Breastmilk is still her primary nutrition. Solids are for exposure, practice & nourishment. I feed her with my own hands. I’m not strictly focused on BLW; but yes, I absolutely let her eat on her own when she wants to and asks for it. She explores the food. She touches it. She squishes it. Sometimes she throws it 😅 No pressure. No force feeding. No perfection. Just simple ghar ka khana, iron-rich foods, healthy fats & consistency.
