The locals believe that during this sacred period, their God visits every home, so they don’t need to go to the temple. For 10 days before Holika Dahan, the divine Palkhi travels across the village — with music, dance, devotion, and joy filling the air. ❤️ We witnessed this soul-stirring celebration while staying at Seafort Resort, a peaceful seaside escape just 800m from the beach! 🏖️ The resort has spacious themed suites, perfect for comfort and relaxation after a day of festivities.
