On my trip to Sri Lanka, in Kandy I opted for a cooking class at @kandyspicewalk It was a good experience learning some local cuisine from the Chef Nilanthi. Sri Lankan cuisine has a lot of spices as it grows in the country. I have seen the use of Curry Leaves & Cardamom are used majorly and everything is cooked in coconut oil.
