She’s Violaine, from France🇫🇷 on her first-ever solo trip to Sri Lanka🇱🇰  🇱🇰 Sri Lanka | Episode 14 | French Connection  We met at a hostel, and the next morning, we hopped into an auto to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Nuwara Eliya. A short hike led us to the stunning Ramboda Waterfall, followed by visits to a strawberry farm, a tea plantation, and a tea factory—because what’s Sri Lanka without its famous Ceylon tea?  At the historic British-era post office, we sent postcards to loved ones before heading to Ashok Vatika—the legendary place where Ravana held Sita captive. Nearby, Gregory Lake offered the perfect cycling experience, making the day even more magical.  And then came the real challenge—introducing Violaine to Indian food! Watching her attempt to eat roti the 'proper' way was hilarious, but in the end, she made it her own. As we rode back to the hostel, I asked her what she thought about India. Her response?
