Wash the Quinoa and drain the water 2. In a pan heat some ghee , add mustard seeds, jeera, Chana Dal, peanut/cashew, green chili, curry leaves, onions and some salt. Sauté them 2 mins. 3. Then add choice of your veggies ( carrots, peas) 4. Add washed quinoa and sauté them 5. Add water and adjust the salt and cook the quinoa. 6. Once the Quinoa is cooked. Garnish it with coriander.
