This time last year, we had just wrapped up our first month as Husband & Wife: Figuring things out, sharing laughs, burning a few meals, and loving harder every day.🦋 A year ago, I moved out of my home for the first time in 25 years; stepped into a new city, a new space, a new role, a new life. Suddenly, I was managing bills, groceries, laundry & learning to make round rotis that didn’t look like the map of Australia; ALL while taking care of a whole new human (and myself too). Everything felt so new, so unfamiliar… a little alien, even. But with each passing day, we figured it out. Together. Still soaking in the newness, still fighting over the fan speed, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY still squabbling and complaining like siblings because, he’s an only child who’s never had one, and I literally don’t know any other way to exist! (Miss u @astha._dash ) Now it’s been 1 year and 1 month, and somehow it feels like both forever and just the beginning. 🥹 #OneMonthOfMarriageDump 🧿
