Set against the timeless backdrop of Qutub Minar, the space instantly sets the tone — elegant, intimate, and perfect for slowing down and indulging in the moment. .. At QLA, every meal is thoughtfully designed to be experienced, not rushed. The menu genuinely understands the season, bringing forward dishes that feel relevant, fresh, and beautifully composed. .. What stood out the most was their flavour-forward, ingredient-led approach. Each plate celebrates seasonal produce, elevated through refined European technique — where global flavours meet finesse, resulting in dishes that are refined, comforting, and full of flavour. .. Here’s what I experienced from their menu .. Started strong with some serious flavour. Teriyaki Chicken — juicy, umami-loaded, with that kimchi kick Ancho Guajillo Wings — smoky, tangy, straight-up addictive Mains kept it comforting yet classy . Parmesan Ratatouille — light, layered, and super elegant Peri Peri Chicken — smoky grill + creamy risotto = perfect balance Ended on a sweet high Coffee dessert — rich, creamy, and just melts in And the cocktails? A whole mood Kokum — tangy, refreshing with an Indian twist Tamarindo — sweet, sour, tropical punch House Limoncello — zesty little mic drop to finish .. Each dish and drink felt intentional — balanced, refined, and beautifully plated, staying true to QLA’s philosophy of seasonal and ingredient-led dining. Overall, it’s not just about food here — it’s about slowing down and truly enjoying every bite and sip. ..
