अरावली केस में बड़ी राहत : अरावली मामले में Supreme Court of India ने अपने ही पुराने फैसले पर रोक लगा दी है। यह सिर्फ एक कानूनी फैसला नहीं, पर्यावरण, प्रकृति और आने वाली पीढ़ियों की जीत है 🌱 ये जीत हम सबकी है। अरावली पर्वतमाला से जुड़े अहम मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार से स्पष्टीकरण मांगा है और मौजूदा परिभाषा पर सवाल उठाए हैं. मुख्य न्यायाधीश सूर्यकांत ने कहा कि वर्तमान परिभाषा से पर्यावरण संरक्षण का दायरा सिमट सकता है. कोर्ट ने 20 नवंबर के आदेश के क्रियान्वयन पर रोक लगाते हुए कहा कि किसी भी फैसले से पहले निष्पक्ष और स्वतंत्र जांच जरूरी है. इसके लिए हाई पावर्ड एक्सपर्ट कमेटी बनाने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया है, जिसमें डोमेन एक्सपर्ट्स शामिल होंगे. कोर्ट ने खनन, इकोलॉजिकल कंटिन्यूटी और संरचनात्मक प्रभावों पर भी जवाब मांगा है. अगली सुनवाई 21 जनवरी को होगी. #savearavali #savearavali🏞️🌴🌵🍀🌿🍃
