Here’s what we’re honestly thinking about 👇 **1️⃣ Emotional bandwidth is limited** One child already needs *time, patience, presence & energy*. Dividing that emotional space further can mean **less of us for each child**. **2️⃣ Cost of raising a child has skyrocketed** Education. Healthcare. Activities. Nutrition. Safety. It’s not about luxury — it’s about **providing stability without constant financial stress**. **3️⃣ Mental health matters (parents + child)** Burnout, mom guilt, anxiety, exhaustion — these are real. A peaceful parent raises a **secure child**. **4️⃣ Today’s kids need more intentional parenting** Screens, peer pressure, comparison, academic pressure… Raising emotionally strong kids today requires **deep involvement, not autopilot parenting**. **5️⃣ Quality over quantity** One emotionally healthy, deeply connected child > is better than multiple children growing up with emotional gaps. **6️⃣ Support systems are shrinking** Earlier, families helped raise children. Today, it’s mostly **just the parents doing everything.** **7️⃣ We also matter as individuals** Our dreams. Our health. Our relationship. Our peace. Happy parents create **happier homes.** **Truth:** Choosing to have *one child* is not selfish. It is **intentional and concious** In a world that glorifies “more”, choosing “enough” takes courage. ❤️ What are your thoughts — one child, two, or more?
