Team visit to Rayudu Gari Military Hotel, Andhra’s largest military-style restaurant, tucked away in Mallepalli — and every bit worth the hype. We tried the Uma Chicken Nallavepudu (boneless) — fiery, rustic, and packed with flavour, the Papinamma Prawns Vepudu — perfectly spiced with that unmistakable coastal punch, and the Mutton Dum Biryani — slow-cooked, hearty, and deeply satisfying. Classic Andhra cooking, generous portions, and flavours that stay true to their roots.
Also had a lovely interaction with Sir Raghuram Yerukonda garu — always great to meet the people behind places like this.
