मिरचीच लोणच Ingredients: 200gm green chillies, Salt, Tumeric For powder: 2 tsp Mustard seeds, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp kalonji, 1/2 tsp methi seeds, 1/2 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp soaf and lemon Method: - Wash 200gm green chillies properly and add half tsp salt and tumeric. Keep it aside for 15 mins (Let it marinate) - for achar powder roast all the mentioned seeds together. - Add 2 tsp achar powder into marinated chilies - For final tadaka? Heat 1 bowl of oil and add 8-9 garlic - Add hot oil in the mixture - Let it cool down - Mix all ingredients together - Store it in jar Enjoy your homemade green chillies achar.
