ngredients: • 5–6 Amla (Indian gooseberry) or 2 tbsp dried amla pieces • 10–12 Reetha (Soapnuts) • 2–3 tbsp Shikakai pods/powder • 2–3 cups water • (Optional for extra care) • 1 tbsp Fenugreek (methi) seeds – for hair fall & shine • 1 small piece of Aloe vera – for softness • 5–6 drops Coconut or Castor oil – for dry hair ⸻ Process: 1. Break amla and reetha into small pieces. 2. Add amla, reetha, shikakai (and methi if using) into a pan. 3. Pour 2–3 cups of water. 4. Boil on low flame for 15–20 minutes until water turns dark brown. 5. Switch off flame and let it cool completely. 6. Strain the liquid using a clean cloth or strainer. 7. Add aloe vera gel and oil if needed. 8. Store in a clean bottle.
