My Position in RVNL - 400 shares | Avg ₹331.47 – 1.32 Lakhs| CMP ~₹235 | Loss ~₹30% Company works around Railway Electrification and Modernization, 120 Vande Bharat trainsets. International Solar Projects. My Action Plan 1. Do NOT average immediately – At 52 Weak Low and technically weak. Not showing sign of reversal. 2. Hold for now because the business is not broken RVNL still has a strong order book of ₹90,000 crore+ nearly 4.9x FY26 revenue, which gives medium-term execution visibility. 3. But fundamentals are not very strong currently The concern is weak profitability and rich valuation. Best strategy: HOLD, but do not average now. Averaging should be considered only if RVNL shows ₹250–260 reclaim with strength Then first confidence improves. ₹280–300 breakout zone Then trend reversal becomes more meaningful. Simple Decision At current levels: Fresh buying: No Averaging: No Panic selling: No Hold: Yes RVNL is still a government infrastructure/railway execution play, but the stock was heavily re-rated earlier. Now the market is punishing weak growth, weak margins and expensive valuation. So we will not act emotionally.
