Union Minister Nitin Gadkari announced a high-speed tunnel road from Talkatora Stadium, Delhi to Gurugram, reducing travel time to 10-15 minutes. Gadkari said that a feasibility study for the ambitious project, expected to cost between Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 crore, is already underway. Once completed, the tunnel will slash the travel time between Delhi and Gurugram to just 10–15 minutes, a journey that currently takes over 1 hour during peak hours due to chronic traffic jams.
