Gorgeous villa in Mahabalipuram - and this place will always be special to me 💜 Vin planned a surprise birthday trip with our friends, and The Palmyrah by LuxUnlock was the perfect choice. The villa has such a cosy Chettinad-style charm with a private pool, big airy bedrooms, a peaceful courtyard, verandahs to sit and talk for hours and a lovely lounge room. It’s surrounded by paddy fields, yet still close to the beach and all the main spots in Mahabalipuram. What made the stay even better was the warmth we felt throughout - Gowri and Vasantha cooked the most delicious home-style food for us and Ravi, the location host, took such amazing care of everything we needed.
