Things become brutal.😔😐 What begins as a tragedy soon turns into a deadly pattern, Maya’s boyfriends keep dying, and she becomes the prime suspect. After Paul, Marco dies as well. And, I was in tears, I was like how can you do this Author. 😭 But, anyways, I was hooked. Maya tries to uncover shocking truths about her past and the dangerous world of gangs, drug deals, and murder.✨ Characters like Marco and Chris bring new dimensions to Maya’s journey as she tries to piece together the puzzle of her life. Maya, is shown very strongly in the whole storyline.⚡ The story explores freedom, trauma, trust, and survival. Maya is flawed, brave, and real—making her deeply relatable. Her transformation from a confused girl to a strong woman is beautifully captured.🌱👀 If you enjoy mystery, emotional depth, and plot twists, this book is definitely worth picking up & if you ask me what could be better in this book?
