A bottle and a hope. The global failure has reached the point where people in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, etc resort to throwing bottles filled with rice and grains into the sea, hoping the currents will carry them to besieged, starving G*z*. They can no longer break the siege with ships, so they try to bypass it with bottles.
