🌴 ANDAMAN DIARIES | DAY 1 🌴 Our Andaman adventure officially began with a 5:50 AM flight from Kolkata. After an early start and a smooth journey, we landed in Port Blair around 8 AM, excited for the days ahead. Being vegetarians, our first mission was food 😄, so we headed straight to Annapurna Restaurant, a popular spot in Port Blair, and enjoyed a delicious South Indian breakfast before continuing our journey. Next up was the ferry ride @gonautika_official ! We boarded the 12 PM ferry from Port Blair and reached Havelock Island around 2 PM. The views during the ride were absolutely beautiful and gave us our first glimpse of the stunning Andaman waters. From the jetty, we drove to @silversandhotels , our home for the next few days. After checking in and freshening up, we couldn't wait to explore, so we headed straight to Kala Pathar Beach. And what a beautiful welcome it was! 💙 Crystal-clear turquoise water, black rocks lining the shore, gentle waves, and a peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect first beach experience in Andaman. ✨ Fun Fact: Kala Pathar Beach gets its name from the large black rocks ("Kala Pathar") scattered along the shoreline, creating a striking contrast against the blue sea. After clicking way too many pictures and soaking in the views, we returned to the resort where the kids had the best time at the pool while we simply relaxed and enjoyed the property. The day ended with a lovely dinner, tired feet, sun-kissed faces, and hearts full of excitement for the adventures waiting ahead.
