6 Winter paratha recipes episode 27 Winter and parathas go hand in hand 🫓 These nutritious parathas are an easy, tasty way to add variety and goodness to your child’s daily diet wholesome, filling, and kid-approved 💛 😋Detailed recipes here 1. Mooli paratha Mix atta, grated mooli, finely chopped mooli leaves, ajwain, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, and a little oil. Knead into a soft dough using the moisture from mooli (no extra water). Rest 5 minutes, roll like a regular paratha, and cook on a hot tawa with a little ghee till golden. 2. Cheese Corn Paratha 🫓 Knead atta with a little salt and water to make a soft dough. Mix grated mozzarella cheese, roughly crushed corn, oregano, chilli flakes, pepper, and salt. Stuff the mixture into a dough ball, seal, gently roll, and cook on a hot tawa with a littleghee till golden on both sides. 3. Beetroot Paratha 🫓 Mix atta, grated beetroot, and salt. Knead into a soft dough using the moisture from beetroot (add very little water if needed). Rest for 5 minutes, roll into a paratha, and cook on a hot tawa with a little oil till cooked on both sides. 4. No Roll Aloo Paratha 🫓 Mash boiled aloo with chaat masala, salt, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onion, and chopped coriander. Add whole wheat flour, a little ghee, and water to make a dosa-batter–like consistency. Pour a ladle onto a hot tawa, spread lightly, drizzle ghee, and cook till golden on both sides. 5. Seed Paratha 🫓 Roll out a paratha and apply ghee. Sprinkle finely ground flax seeds, sesame seeds, chopped coriander, chilli flakes, oregano, and seasoning of choice. Cut into thin strips, and roll a paratha then flip till crisp and flaky. Flakier than a regular paratha and perfect as a snack ✨ 6. Gur Paratha 🫓 Roll out a small dough ball and apply ghee. Add grated gur, finely chopped nut powder, and a pinch of cardamom powder. Stuff, seal, and roll into a paratha. Cook on a hot tawa, flipping with ghee, till golden and aromatic.
