Ingredients: Mutton Chops 500 gm (Around 8 – 10 pieces) Mustard Oil 2 Tbsp Ginger – Garlic – Green Chilli Paste 2 Tbsp Chaat Masala powder ¼ Tsp Lemon juice 1-1/2 Tbsp (2 Whole Lemon) Salt as required Curd ¼ Cup Kashmiri Chilli powder 1-1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder ¼ Tsp Coriander powder 1 Tsp Note: Marinate for at least 3 hours (overnight for best results).
