Ingredient details as below - 1 cup Oil 4 cup Fresh Tomato puree (Cook until oil separates) 3 Tbsp Fresh crushed green chillies 2 Tsp Garlic paste 2 Tsp Ginger paste 1-1/2 Tsp Red Chilli powder 1-1/2 Tsp Coriander powder 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder 1-1/2 Tsp Garam masala 1-1/2 kg Chicken Potatoes (Optional) Yellow food colour 1 Tsp 1-1/2 Cup Curd (Add while the heat is on low flame, Stir continuously) Salt as required Coriander- Mint leaves Lemon wedges 1200 gm Basmati Rice (To a boiling water, add the soaked basmati rice, salt and cook until 80% done (it should still be firm).
