Recipe | Lal Maas Inspired Lal Paneer Ingredients: Paneer cubes Onion (finely chopped) Ginger-garlic paste Tomato puree Curd Mathania red chilli powder Coriander powder Turmeric powder Whole spices (bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon) Mustard oil / ghee Salt Water Fresh coriander Method: 1. Heat mustard oil/ghee, add whole spices. 2. Add onions, sauté till golden. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste, cook till aromatic. 4. Add tomato puree, cook till oil separates. 5. Add curd slowly on low flame, mix well. 6. Add red chilli, coriander, turmeric, salt. 7. Add water, simmer for rich gravy. 8. Add paneer cubes, cook 5–7 minutes. 9. Finish with fresh coriander.
