Easy Chicken Curry Recipe 🔽🔽 . Chicken curry recipe : ✅Chicken marination which is completely optional. Marinate chicken with salt - turmeric and lemon for just 15mins till you prepare the base of the curry. ‼️The quantities are according 400gms chicken ✅Curry Base - 1 1/2 onion - 1 tomato - 1 green chilli -1 piece Ginger - 8-9 garlic pieces - 7-8 curry leaves - handful of coriander - 7-8 soaked cashews- 1 tbsp poppy seeds (kus-kus) - 1 tsp turmeric- 2 tbsp red chilii powder - 2 tbsp chicken masala (any of your choice) - 1tbsp coriander powder - 1 tbsp jeera powder - salt - 2-3 tbsp of yogurt. Blend this all in mixer jar into a very smooth paste ✅Chicken Curry : heat some oil - add some bay leaf - add 1 chopped onion fry the onion till golden brown in color. ✅Once done now add the curry paste made and cool this paste very well for 10mins on medium flame. ✅Once done then you will add the chicken and mix everything very well. ✅Add water to the curry to adjust the gravy . ✅Keep a lid on and cook the chicken on low flame. ✅Once the chicken is well cooked add some garam masala on the top with some coriander and cook it without the lid for some time. ✅Once it is cooked serve with some rice or paratha. . . . You can make egg curry with the same base curry and you can even use this same curry( thicker version) for briyani as well🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 . .
