Achari Paneer For Quick & Easy Meals ❤️🔥🔥This paneer recipe is the quickest meal preparation i have tried. It taste super tasty with laacha paratha. The sauf,ajwain and meethi seeds give it a perfect achari flavour. . . Achari Paneer Recipe - ✅Heat Oil in kadai ✅Add jeera,mustard seeds, sauf, meethi seeds, Ajwain and Chopped onion saute this all very well till the onions are pink gold in color ✅Take 1/2 cup dhai/yogurt and add 2 tablespoons of besan/chickpeas flour to it and whisk it well add water if the yogurt is too thick. ✅Once the onion are golden pink in color now add haldi powder, red chilli powder & coriander powder and salt mix everything well ✅Now add cubed paneer and roast for 5mins in the masala ✅Then add the Dhai mixture we have prepared and keep the flame very low and give everything a good mix. ✅Let it cook for 10mins on slow flame woth a lid on At the end add kasuri methi and lots of coriander for 5 mins let everything simmer together ✅Serve it a laacha paratha it taste amazing . .
