
Can healthy vegetarian food be tasty? Yes it can be. 🙂 On a wellness vacation at Amal Tamara located by the Vembanad Lake in Kerala, I ate multi cuisine meals that were freshly prepared without any sea salt, refined flour or sugar and contained no preservatives. Each wholesome meal that included a salad, soup, vegetables, rice, chapatti and dessert was prepared as per my constitution.  There was beetroot quinoa salad, quesadilla with avocado salsa, koorka mezhukkupuratti, cheera mappas made with red spinach, palak paneer tawa tikka, rice made with drumstick leaves and tender coconut payasam.  Hosted by @amaltamaraayurveda Jewellery by @theserene_byrainvas @thetamarakodai @thetamaracoorg @indiangirlstravel @indiangirlswander
