Homemade Aloo Samosa - Oye hoye Kamaal 😍 Ingredients - For samosa dough - Maida 1 cup, 1 tsp, salt as per taste, 2 tbsp For Samosa filling - 2 boiled potatoes, 1 tbsp sukha dhania, 1 tbsp saunf, 1 tsp jeera, 4-5 whole black pepper, 1 tsp hing, half cup boiled green peas, 1 tbsp raisins, 1 tbsp cashews, 1 tsp haldi, 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri lal mirch, 1/2 tbsp amchur powder, 1 tsp garam masala, and salt as per taste, coriander and oil for frying Procedure To make a samosa dough 1- In a bowl add maida, ajwain, ghee and salt , mix well and knead to make a smooth dough 2- Once the dough is ready keep it aside For samosa filling 1- Grind jeera, saunf and sukha dhaniya to make a masala 2- Now in a pan add some oil , masala and cook for a minute, 3- Add hing. green peas, raisins , almonds, and the dry spices, mix well and cook for another 2-3 mins 4- Now add boiled potatoes , mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes 5- Add coriander - mix well 6- Now make a thing pocket out of samosa dough and fill it with filling 7- Close the pocket, and deep fry the samosas Your super Aloo Samosas are ready - Enjoy with chutneys and garma garam chai - Oye hoye Kamaal 😍 Follow @bakchod_hustlers for amazing and easy recipes and hacks . . .
