
Prep Day #75HARD 21/9/2025 Sunday 0/75 This could be one of the many things I have left mid way but I’m gonna try nevertheless 🥹😅 The 75 Hard Challenge is a 75-day personal development program focused on mental toughness, not just fitness. It requires completing five critical tasks daily for 75 consecutive days. The 75 Hard Rules 1. Follow a healthy diet: Choose a diet plan aligned with your goals, but it must be followed with zero alcohol and no cheat meals. 2. Two workouts a day: Complete two 45-minute workouts, with one of them needing to be done outdoors. 3. Drink water: Consume one gallon (approximately 3.5 liters) of water daily. 4. Read a non-fiction book: Read 10 pages of any educational or self-improvement book. 5. Take a progress photo: Take a picture of yourself daily to track your physical progress. The Goal The program’s primary goal is to build discipline, resilience and mental toughness rather than just physical changes. The challenge is designed to push you beyond your comfort zone, helping you develop positive habits and the ability to overcome obstacles, ultimately improving your overall life. What happens if you fail? If you fail to complete any single task on any given day, you must begin the entire 75-day challenge from the very beginning. And what a day to begin.. Day 1 of Navratri..
