The journey from Socialising to Solitude 🙏 I still remember those days of me dressing up in my navvari & ordering assorted modak boxes spending hours house hopping as I did my darshans. The invitations kept piling up & my rushing through visits kept getting more hurried 😥 Then came the 'Let me keep Ganpati myself' phase & brain storming themes & decor and new ideas of making the darshans more elaborate thinking of creative prasad ideas & how could I miss my ever increasing guest list 🫣 And then one day it dawned upon me.. Am I really getting to spend time with this beautiful yearly guest who comes in with open arms & so so much to offer in all aspects of health & well being ? Do I get to thank Him for all that He does in the year He is away ? And my answer was right before my eyes. I was running away from the pure essence of this festival & all the hope it has to offer. And as I sit 11/2 days in conversation with Our Bal Ganesha; I know this is all worth it !!! With gratitude in my heart, I thank Ganpati Bappa for giving us more than we deserve & for taking care of each & every family member as one of his own. We shall always be grateful for Amaan 🧿 Yes, I still do partake in the 'Sarvajanik' essence of the festivities when I visit 21 pandals witnessing community at it's best from drawing & craft competitions for kids to dance & drama. Pandals with thought provoking decor set ups to bringing up caring, responsible youth - the future of tomorrow ❤️ This year is a special one as Ganeshji opens a new door for me that I hope is my key to humbling success 😇 Ganpati Bappa Morya !!! Pudhchya Varshi Lavkar Ya !!! P.S.
