
No Maida, No Atta- 100% Suji Bread 🍞 Ingredients 1+1/2 cup suji 1 tsp instant yeast 1 tosp castor sugar 1/4 tsp salt 3 tbsp milk 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp oil 3 tosp mixed seeds, to top Method 1. In a blender jar add 1+1/2 cup suji and finely grind it. 2. Add suji, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl and give it a good whisk. 3. Now add in water, milk, oil and mix using a wooden spoon to form a batter. 4. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.This will ensure that semolina has absorbed all the water. 5. After 10 minutes,transfer the dough onto a greased surface and knead it for around 15 minutes. 6. To check if the dough is ready to proof, take small piece of dough and gently stretch it between your fingers. If the dough can be stretched thin enough and light passes through it, it means the dough is ready and it has passed the windowpane test. 7. Once the dough is formed, transfer it in a large bowl And let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size 8. Punch it after 1 hour, roll and lockin in the edges, transfer it to@the baking tin and let it rest for 45-50 mins, until it doubles in size 9. Brush it with milk, and add some mixed seeds 10. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180”c for 25- 30 mins 11. Take it out, brush with butter, and let it rest for 1 hour 12.
