Single Serve Nutella Cookie 🍪 Ingredients- 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon caster sugar 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 3 tablespoons flour 1/8 tsp baking soda 1 teaspoon milk Nutella, to stuff Method- 1. Mix together the butter, caster sugar and brown sugar. 2. Fold in the flour and baking soda. If the dough feels too dry, add a few drops of milk to bring it together. 3. Stuff the dough with a big dollop of nutella and bake at 180C for 8-10 minutes or until golden. 4.
