VANILLA CUSTARD AND RASPBERRY JELLY from @weikfieldind This delicious calcium-rich custard can be served in simple creamy custard form or dressed up and set into puddings, trifles, toppings and much more. It is super easy to make. All we need to do is just mix a couple tablespoons of custard powder with some milk. Then we need to boil some more milk with a bit of sugar. After that we need to mix the previous paste with the milk and stir it for around 3 minutes. Refrigerate it and we can have it as it is or like I did by pairing it with jelly. Weikfield's Jelly is completely vegetarian. This jelly was set easily at room temperature and no refrigeration was required. All we have to do to make it is just boil a few cups of water; then mix the powders of the two sachets together in a bowl. Then once the water is boiled, let it cool for a minute and then add it in the mixture in the bowl. Stir it until completely dissolved. After that, pour the mixture in any mould and wait for the jelly to get ready in 45 minutes. . .
