I recently received the Classic Sourbread boule from Bread and Butter by Manjari @breadandbutter_by_manjari . Sourdoughs are fermented naturally, so they have a "sour" tangy flavour which is delicious ! I loved the fact that the boule was preservative free, low on gluten, free from sugar and yeast, was naturally probiotic, promotes a good gut health, and contains Vitamin B and other minerals. It was organic and very much healthy. I genuinely loved the sourdough boule and I'll definitely try out the other flavours from here ✨ . .
