It's that time of the year! Monsoon season and the love of bengalis for ilish pretty much go hand in hand. Recently @babumoshai1999 sent over this delectable meal for lunch which consisted of steaming hot rice, Ilish bhaja ( fried hilsa fish), Sorshe Ilish (Hilsa fish cooked in a mustard gravy), salad, tomato chutney and papad. The fish was fresh and tasted really good. The mustard flavour was pretty dominant in the gravy. Overall it was a delightful lunch. . For more such food updates follow @Faim_bong ! .
