Pork chilly ribs are one of my top picks at @momoiam_kolkata . In my recent visit at their golpark outlet I had to try them out. I definitely devoured these gorgeous ribs which were so well cooked and so tender. The meat and fat ratio was spot on. The only thing that I'd like to change is that I would prefer the sauce to be a tad bit more tangy. . Price- Rs. 480 .
