
Recipe: 🌿Soya Chunks Masala: Boil soya in water and some salt. Strain the water and squeeze to remove all excess water from soya. In a bowl add thick curd, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala/ chicken masala,salt and cooked soya. Keep aside for 10 minutes. In a pan saute onion and tomato paste, add the same masalas followed by the marinated soya chunks. Cool for a while and add water if needed. Top with some freshly chopped coriander leaves and enjoy.
