Many moods of me. 🖤 Yes, I’m a VP, and trust me, I know that — you don’t need to remind me! But I’m also human, a woman playing multiple roles and juggling so many things at once. While I love what I do, it’s not always easy. So before you throw in a “busy woman” comment, just remember I’m doing my best, balancing it all, and yes, I’m more than just my title. Honestly, I’m so tired of hearing things like “Ms VP” or “Busy Woman.” It’s crazy how society says they want working women but still struggles to accept that a woman can be a leader too. With leadership comes a ton of responsibility, and guess what? Yes, I barely get time for myself, let alone for others. I’m fully aware of my role as Vice President, and no, it hasn’t gone to my head, so stop with the constant reminders. And please, stop following it up with “I was just kidding.” It’s not funny, it’s frustrating. Let’s drop the jokes and start talking about what leadership really means, no matter who’s holding the title. 🙏 .
