Noodles were coated with various sauces , ginger , garlic , salt and pepper and were tossed in pan fried veggies. However hakka noodles isn't a part of chinese cuisine ,it's indo – chinese and hence added a lot of flavors in itself. It was perfectly paired with the chilly chiken which had deep red color The chicken was tossed well till the sauce coats the chicken and perfectly topped with spring onions @ak_plate_please thanks for the invitation !
