The Spirits Kolkata, located at Globsyn Crystals, EP block sector 5 is an exclamation indicating to the enjoyment of delicious food. Adhering to all the new norms perfectly we had received warm gesturs and prompt service from the courateous staff. 🚩The special curations include BBQ Wings , Veg Dipper Box ,Mexican Pikled veg tostada ,Murgh Malai Marke ,Chicken Tikka Pizza In Main course we were served with Grilled Chicken Steak ,Narkel Chingri Rissotto ,Kung pao chicken ,Mix meat fried rice for dessert with had Mud pie with Vanilla. ▶️BBQ Chicken Wings were great for sharing and they have a milder flavor. They were very crispy, they're rich, and they're perfectly smothered in BBQ sauce. ▶️Veg dipper box: All the items were tasty breadcrumbed made with red pepper, rice, sundried tomato pesto and are surrounded by light and crispy breadcrumbs. Highly recommended for the Vegans and all the vegetarians out there . ▶️Mexican pickled tostada were filled with all my favorite pickled vegetables layered with tamarind sauce. It was my first experience with toastadas and it was worth drooling over. ▶️Murg malai marke : This dish of the Mughlai Cuisine is prepared with boneless chicken pieces The chicken peice were tossed well and garnished with lemon juice . ▶️The chiken tikka pizza which have been added to the menu are undoubtedly amazing with a great amalgamation of flavour, texture & taste! Soft crust, loaded with cheese and fresh ingredients, these delicacies are to die for . ▶️Grilled chiken steak imparted a tangy flavor that lifted all the other flavorings . It was tenderized slightly, without turning the meat into mush. It was very precisely grilled to a caramelized dark brown dish. ▶️Next comes Narkel chingri risotto prepared with prawns , shredded coconut , its milk & cheese . It is a perfect fusion for all the bengalis who live Italian dishes, highly recommended from my side ! With top quality ingredients and sufficient quantity, their absolute delights are must try for everyone.
