
Spring Roll . . Filling Preparation 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. 2. Add Jeera, garlic and onion, sauté for a few seconds. 3. Add cabbage, tomatoes , and capsicum. Stir-fry on high flame for 2–3 minutes (keep them slightly crunchy). 4. Add salt, Haldi, chilli powder,Few spices,black pepper, chilli ,tomato sauce, and vinegar. Mix well. 5. Turn off the flame and let the filling cool down. ⸻ Making the Rolls 1. Take one spring roll sheet but i have used samosa sheet and place some filling on one side. 2. Roll it tightly while folding the sides. 3. Apply the maida slurry at the edge to seal it properly. 4. Repeat the same with all sheets. . For frying i am using air fryer. It took 15 min for 180C . Ut turned out crispy yet tasty 😛 Do try .
