
Ukadiche Modak ✨ . . Ingredients • 1 cup rice flour • 1 cup grated coconut (fresh) • ¾ cup jaggery (grated) • 2 tbsp ghee • ½ tsp cardamom powder • A pinch of salt • Milk Method 1. Filling: Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan → add coconut & jaggery → cook till jaggery melts → add cardamom powder → keep aside. 2. Dough: Boil 1 cup Milk with 1 tsp ghee & pinch of salt → add rice flour → mix → cover & rest 5 mins → knead into soft dough. 3. Shaping: Grease hands → take small dough ball → flatten → place filling inside → shape into modak (pleats & close). 4. Steaming: Steam modaks for 10–12 mins till shiny. Ready to serve hot with ghee or Kesar milk 🪔✨ . .
