Thank you @gardenofsaints for sending such a lovely hamper. I love #kashmiri cuisine but but but the fact is that in order to cook authentic Kashmiri cuisine one has to use authentic Kashmiri spices (mostly available in J&K) else you will never ever get the right taste and flavour. There are various brands selling Kashmiri spices but trust me they are not at all authentic and when used, they just spoil the taste.I have always struggled when it comes to buying Kashmiri spices in Mumbai, hence would always have buy it from Jammu. But looks like I don’t have to worry any more, all thanks to @gardenofsaints , now I can get all Kashmiri things delivered at my doorstep! How cool is that🤗 .
