The court directed that every captured dog must undergo sterilisation, vaccination, and deworming before release, aligning with the Animal Birth Control (ABC) Rules. 3.Helpline number to report incidents of dog bites (or violations) Yes. Municipal authorities are required to establish helpline numbers for the public to report violations of these directives, such as feeding outside designated areas or obstruction of operations. 4.Dedicated feeding grounds for street dogs to be created Yes. The court has prohibited unregulated or public feeding of dogs and instructed municipal bodies to create dedicated feeding zones in each ward. These zones must be clearly signposted, and feeding outside them is subject to legal action.
