~mental health post. *Trigger warning* . . Working towards better mental health by getting over some things is a difficult job, especially when there are unresolved issues in your head which you probably don't even know exist. Solution: Conciously pulling out memories which might be traumatic, or let's say, terrifying, is the number one step towards healing which takes away more than 90% of your life from you, but you instantly start seeing the problems more clearly. Remaining 10% survives on the confidence and hopes of a better mental health, and a better future. Technically, our brain can't forget things, but we, as gracefully gifted human beings, have the power to change the emotions attached to the same memory on command, we have the power to change our perspectives and change the way we try to accept things. We have the power to give our art, our own new stories. Ofcourse, 'easier said than done' would be a very apt saying in this situation too, silver lining this scenario is just a stupid thing to do. Healing is a complex process, but, it's totally worth it. Avoiding it for a longer while is a straight up equivalent to avoiding investing time to fill fuel in your vehicle by saying I have a long road ahead, and very less time I can't stop at the fuel station. Eventually your vehicle is going to have a massive breakdown. Eventually you'll realize you should'ved paid more heed to this. But what counts, is what you decide after that 'eventually' has been reached. That won't be the end of your long road journey, you can always call up and reach out to a mechanic to help you out, to bring you some fuel. P.S: I'll be your mechanic, I'll be always ready to help :) . . . . . . . #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthindia #healthylifestyle #beautifulminds #selflove #selfcare #love #instagood #instadaily #instaclick #youtuber #blogger #pune #mumbai #lonavla #bricks #outfits #outfitinspiration
