Hi friends! As promised, I’m excited to share the first set of souvenirs I’ve showcased in my debutbook. You can read the first story and part of the second in the sample section of the Amazon link (link in bio)! 📚✨ One challenge I faced while compiling these stories into a #book was deciding the order. With no clear favorite to start with, I chose to begin with the souvenirs from my childhood. The first story reflects my thoughts and memories of the earliest souvenirs we brought back to Kerala from our native place in West Bengal, and my quest today to find something equally unique. The second story builds on the first, featuring a rare book of #Tagore’s #doodles—a treasure in itself. The third story showcases the first souvenir I ever personally collected, sparking my curiosity about the #history behind these #keepsakes, and leading me to collect more. Do you ever think about the history or meaning behind a souvenir before you choose one? The fourth story is also a special "first"—the first souvenir I picked up from a foreign country.
