If you have lived in #Bombay or even visited south Bombay as a tourist, you must have seen the stunning BMC building opposite the majestic railway station. This Sunday, we saw it from the inside for the first time 😍 The gorgeous interior is a must see for architecture lovers. Designed by British architect Frederick William Stevens who also designed the now CST railway station, this heritage structure features elements of both European and Indian architecture. Inside we encountered winged lions, a fountain, floating staircase, the mayor's office and a beautiful gilded dome amongst other architectural features. This #urbsprima tour is offered by @khaki.tours @hellomtdc all weekends till the end of February for Rs 350. We absolutely recommend it. If you have kids or seniors with you, do keep in mind there is a fair bit of climbing.
