Reminiscing an unforgettable culinary experience at Alchemy, a rooftop gem in Bangalore. This place has it all - incredible food, great brews, and a relaxed ambiance perfect for hanging out with friends and family. Starting with the Truffle Bombs, these mushroom croquettes stuffed with rich truffle butter and coated with truffle oil were a flavor explosion! The Chicken Sheekh was a spicy delight, and the House Masala Prawns left our taste buds tingling with Mangalorean spice. The Lobster Bezule was a unique twist on a classic street snack, and the Bheja Fry was a nostalgic Old Delhi-style treat. The Mutton Kebab was a revelation with its perfectly spiced minced mutton patties, and the Kofta in Makhani Gravy was creamy perfection. The Black Garlic Butter Naan was the ideal accompaniment, and the Lamb Shank Khorma melted in our mouths. And then, the dessert! The different textures of mango, including Angoori Mango Rasmalai, Mango Rabadi Mousse, Mango Salsa, all served on a bed of milk chocolate sable and Parsi Mawa Cake - aptly called "The King" was a symphony of flavors! The attention to detail and presentation by the chef Hari was truly remarkable. Every dish was a work of art, served with pride and care.
