Posted @withregram • @auraartofhealthyliving Follow @auraartofhealthy for healthy recipes Recipe ✨ 200g of broccoli with steam 2 eggs 100g cooked rice 2 tsp soy sauce 4-5 garlic minced 1 tsp oil Salt as per taste Chop up the broccoli, do not miss the stem, as it adds the perfect crunch to this dish. Into a pan add oil, garlic and sauté, now add balnched broccoli with salt and satue for another for 2 minutes. Now whisk two eggs together and add them to the pan. Once the eggs are cooked, mix them all together. Add sauce and cooked rice and sauté for another 5 minutes.
