
BROCCOLI 🥦 ALMOND SOUP 🥣 This nutritious soup is super healthy and easy to make. We require very simple and minimal ingredients to make this in a restaurant way. Try this if you hate broccoli and I’m sure you’ll love it. Ingredients: Broccoli Almonds Onion Garlic Salt Coriander stems Pepper powder Garam masala Olive oil Water Process: 1. Chop the Broccoli, onion, Garlic and coriander stems 2. Peel the skin of soaked almonds(10-15) 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, Sauté onion , Garlic and coriander stems for 2 minutes drizzle some salt 4. Add the water, almonds, Broccoli and boil it for 8 mins 5, Separate the boiled veggies and stock, once it’s cooled down grind the boiled broccoli into a fine paste by adding some stock. 6. Add the grinded paste to a pan, remaining stock, pepper powder, garam masala and adjust the salt. 7. Boil it for about 5 minutes, your soup is ready.
