17.08.2024💜 ....... Newest Addition: My Little Kindle! Ordered on August 3rd, arrived on August 17th—a little late to the Kindle party, but SO worth the wait! And yeah, I know, they’re dropping all the cool new models (hello, colored Kindles!), but this mini version still feels like the ultimate game-changer for me. Throwback to my Class 3 days, when I first wandered into the bookish world. Every year, I’d raid the Book Fair with arms full of books! But eventually, my stack got bigger than my shelf (and, let’s be real, my parents’ budget too), so I slowed down a bit. Yet, my love for books never dimmed, even if the haul shrank a little. Around 2015, I discovered the Amazon Kindle—no more storage drama, no more fading pages, just endless stories on a single device. It landed right on my wishlist, and there it stayed…for years! And now, after all those years of waiting and wishing, here it is: my very own Kindle, finally in my hands! Is it weird to call this an "Accomplishment"? Maybe. But I love this tiny gadget that makes my endless reading easier, especially now that life keeps me busy. And it’s not replacing my physical books anytime soon—I still have 30+ unread ones waiting for me on my shelf. But now, I can enjoy every story without watching my books turn yellow or get worn out. Kindle girl era? Not exactly. But convenience? Big yes!
