Pomfret Thali at Konkani Restaurant, Manivali Chouk Price: 600/- A place slightly ahead of Panvel, serving fresh Malvani food. Their speciality is their seafood thali, ranging from Pomfret Thali to Prawns Thali. While the fish was fresh, their curry, rice and fish- all 3 lacked salt completely, which was quite a letdown. Yes, if you add salt, it tastes fine. The fish masala was delicious, only if it had salt.
